The short version
You buy a digital guide and get access to a tracking app. It's educational content, not medical treatment. Use it for yourself, don't redistribute it, see a doctor for medical issues, and if you're unhappy within 30 days we refund you. That's the spirit of everything below.
01Who we are & what these terms cover
These terms govern your use of the Hard Again websites (including the tracking app) and your purchase of the Hard Again Protocol ("the Product"). By purchasing or using them, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product. Contact: hello@hardagain.co.
02Eligibility
The Product is intended for adults aged 18 or over. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement.
03What you're buying
The Product is a digital educational program consisting of a PDF guide and access to a companion web application. Payment and delivery are processed by Gumroad under Gumroad's own terms. The purchase is a one-time payment — there is no subscription and no recurring charge.
04Not medical advice — read this one
The Product is educational content, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Erectile difficulties can be an early indicator of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hormonal disorders, and other conditions that require medical attention. You must consult a qualified physician before starting this or any health protocol, particularly if you have an existing condition or take medication.
- Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something in the Product.
- References to published studies describe research findings — they are not a promise about your individual outcome.
- Any supplements mentioned are discussed for information; check interactions with your physician or pharmacist.
- Stop any exercise that causes pain and seek medical advice.
05Personal license
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own use. You may print the guide for yourself. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share, or use the Product to create derivative products or content, whether free or paid. All content, branding, and design remain the property of Hard Again.

07The app
The tracking app is provided as-is, free of charge with your purchase. All data is stored locally on your device; we have no access to it and no ability to recover it (see the Privacy Policy). We may update, improve, or discontinue app features over time. Because data lives in your browser, clearing browser data will erase your history — use the app's export feature to back up.
08Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hard Again shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product. Our total liability for any claim related to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing limits any statutory consumer rights you hold in your country.
09Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be noted clearly. Your continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
